A STUDY ON THE NUTRITIVE VALUE OF VIETNAMESE FEEDSTUFFS

Sumnary
Seventy-two samples of Vietnamese feedstuffa were
analyzed for the contents of the basic nutrientsf 23 of the samples cane from
North Vietnam, 49 samples from South Vietnam. A high variability of fibre content
was recorded in the majority of the feeds. As found on the basis of the analyses,
the quality of cereals, legumes, peanut and soya bean oil cakes is good and
that of coconut and fish meals is poorer.
