Abstract
Strategic planning is known to play its role in the
development of market economy. Especially in agriculture which has a typical
long term reproduction process, the role of perspective planning is unsubstitutable.
With a 69% economically active population in agriculture, the share on the GDP
for agriculture is 13% .Since its' role in the national economy is significant,
it is therefore imperative to ensure the further balanced development of this
sector. One of the most important tools of ensuring this development can also
be found in the application of long-term planning, which can regulate the influence
of uncontrolled stirs of the market economy.
