MAIN GROUPS OF DEVELOPING COUNTRIES AND THEIR DIFFERENTIATION

Abstract
Economic differentiation of developing countries is
characterized as one of the key features of this major group of countries of
the world. The least developed countries are analyzed first, then the so-called
newly industrialized countries, including some countries of Asia and Latin America,
and finally the wide and varied spectrum of nations considered as a "mid
group", including the specific group of the 13 OPEC member countries.
