Abstract
The article outlines ways of facilitating financial aid to developing countries. It looks in the areas of nutrition environmental and social issues. It addresses the need-oriented approach. The base of this need approach are the local farmers. It also outlines the -way farmers' organizations are formed and the conditions of their existence. Their nature and activities is a blueprint for effective use of the funds. It is expected that farmers in these organizations will become self-reliant. This is being manifested by the emergence of village banks and self-financing institutions. The introductory chapters give a' clear picture of the current situations and how some world international organizations have been solving this issue.
