PLURALISTIC APPROACH OF SAVINGS

Abstract
The article outlines ways of facilitating financial
aid to developing countries. It looks in the areas of nutrition environmental
and social issues. It addresses the need-oriented approach. The base of this
need approach are the local farmers. It also outlines the -way farmers' organizations
are formed and the conditions of their existence. Their nature and activities
is a blueprint for effective use of the funds. It is expected that farmers in
these organizations will become self-reliant. This is being manifested by the
emergence of village banks and self-financing institutions. The introductory
chapters give a' clear picture of the current situations and how some world
international organizations have been solving this issue.
